Dr. Felix Zimmermann

After working in the Finance department of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, Zimmermann  joined KAISER+KRAFT in January 1999 as the Managing Director for Finance and Controlling before being appointed CFO of the newly established TAKKT AG in July 1999. From June 2004 to April 2008 he was CFO of Celesio AG. In May 2008 Zimmermann joined the Management Board of TAKKT AG as Deputy Chairman and in June 2009 he was appointed CEO of Takkt AG.   Felix holds a Phd in Economics from University of Freiburg.

Bart Kohler

Bart Kohler is responsible for all Takkt America operations including the results of the four portfolio companies and the activities of the holding company such as M&A and venture investing.  He held the position of President of Takkt's Hubert Group division from 2000-2016.  He held various merchandising and leadership positions at Hubert prior to it being acquired by Takkt in 2000.  His early career was with Federated Department Stores and he holds a BBA in Marketing from University of Cincinnatti.  He is on numerous for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Dan Paruzynski

Dan Paruzynski is responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, M&A due diligence & post-merger integration, Banking & Cash Management, Risk Management, Employee compensation and benefit plans, Tax & Audit.  Prior to his current role, Dan held the position of COO for NBF and prior to that was CFO for C&H Distributors and VP Finance for NBF.  He started his professional career at Arthur Anderson and, as a senior manager, he left to become CFO for Uline.  Dan is a CPA and Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a BBA in Accounting.

Kent Anderson
Director - Corporate Development

 Kent Anderson is responsible for organizing and coordinating Takkt America's M&A and venture investing efforts.  He held the position of President of Takkt's NBF Group division from 2006-2017.  He was the CFO and COO of NBF prior to NBF being acquired by Takkt America in 2006.  His early career was with Deloitte as an audit manager and in various financial roles with Fan Fair Corporation as well as being a small business founder and owner.  Kent is a Cum Laude graduate of University of Iowa with a BA in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, Kent is on the Board of Directors of three for-profit corporations and two non-profit organizations.

Katherine Hammett

Katherine Hammett is responsible for leading and supporting strategy, structure and processes that impact sustainability and financial growth. Prior to this role, Katherine worked in senior level positions in Human Resources in the hospitality and financial services industries. She is the founder of a boutique consulting firm that specialized in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching. As a certified executive coach, she has successfully coached leaders across cultures and is a proven thought leader in building women’s leadership development programs. She earned a BS in Psychology and completed her doctorate studies in Clinical Psychology at The Union Institute and University.
